Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. During the summer season the house is only available by the week (Friday to Friday). A 3-night minimum is required for all other seasons.  A damage deposit of $250.00 is required with all rentals. One-half of the account balance is due with your signed contract 14 days after you book your reservation, and the remainder is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  No smoking or pets allowed.  Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Rates include maid service before arrival and after departure. 

You will have access to the Bald Head Island Club and to the Shoals Club using temporary memberships during your stay. Check available dates here. We know many of the other independent owners in the area, and would be happy to help you out if Divine Experience is not available on the dates you need.
